The COPA Operating Standard

The Standard gives professional football clubs a clear basis to assess their position, shape a proportionate model, operate it consistently and strengthen it over time.
Why the Standard exists
The Standard was built to help club leadership understand what good, proportionate operating capability can look like and make it work reliably in practice.
Independent by design
Independently developed by The GRC Group. It is not official IFR guidance, an IFR-endorsed standard, accreditation or certification. Clubs may use it independently of COPA services and technology.
